It's always fun when it's "Anything Goes"

Well good evening everyone I hope you are having a great week so far and have found some time to get creative and crafty.

I've been really busy this week as I've had my husband in hospital as you would have seen on my previous post but he's finally home today after a week. He still has another week off work to get over it and more visits back and forth to the Dr's for blood tests etc but it's all looking good so far.

So onto our new challenge at One Stop Craft Challenges and it's "Anything Goes", this is alway a very busy challenge as everyone seens to love it. It's nice and easy as there is nothing you have to stick to, it's do as you please.

So this week's sponsor is Doctor Digi House of Stamps so head on over and have a look at some of the great stamps on offer.

So this is the card I've created, I've decided it will be for my Father-in-laws birthday next month as he loves to BBQ especially when we have a family get together which are few and far betwekkn due to distance.

I had a lot of fund creating this card, it is the first time I've used some of the pennant stamps and also the embossing folder.
The Copics I've used are
The products I've used are
Bazzill cs
PP's from my stash (possibly old Crate Paper)
MM screw brads
Heidi Swapp photo corners
Tim Holtz Distress Ink (Antique Linen)
Whimsy Stamps pennant stamps & Die
Cuttlebug embossing folder
So that's it for me tonight, getting a little tired and still have to have a shower before bed. I will say I've been lucky this week with my roster as I had Mon/Tues off and I'm only working 8am - 2pm today and tomorrow and then have Fri/Sat off. Woo Hoo
Hoping the weather holds out on Saturday so I can head to the markets to see the craft lady who only does the Tuncurry markets once a month so I have to be very lucky if my day off falls on that weekend.
I look forward to seeing what you all come up with and will be doing my commenting as usual on Friday night.
Have a great week whatever you are doing.

It's "Spring" over at One Stop Craft Challenges

Well this time I'm almost a week behind in my post and I do apologise but after finally starting to feel a little bit better about my "Princess" leaving us my husband has now been placed into hospital with another blood clot. OMG does it never end, if I didn't have my craft in my life I think I would go a little crazy, it just doesn't want to stop at the moment, it's one thing after another.

So I will keep this one short and sweet as I have commenting to also get up to date and also some of my Cremen Creations products listed on Facebook for sale this evening. Of course I have to go visit my husband in hospital as we are waiting to see a dietician today to get the ball rolling on some well needed weight loss and excersie and we are hoping that they will be able to guide us in the right direction. This has been a long time coming but we just couldn't find the moitivation even though we are both tired all the time and uncomfortable, but now is the time before we get too much older and it's harder to do.

So onto my card for our latest challenge at One Stop Craft Challenges - "Spring", it is interesting doing a spring challenge as it is now autumn here in Australia but spring in the UK and the US.

Our sponsor this week is

A couple of challenges at A & T Emerald Faeries

Well as you can see I'm running really late with updating my blog and my apologise go out to those who do come and visit. I have been working long weeks and days and also still struggling with the lose of my beautiful 6 year old "Princess".

So today I will be uploading the two recent challenges which are happening over at A & T Emerald Faeries which are

Bling & Hearts

Both of my cards for these challenges have ended up being in red which I love to colour with as it blends so nice and they are probably one of my favourites to colour with because of this. Unfortunatey a couple of my Copic markers are starting to run dry so I will need to upgrade them to sketches and get the refills for them so I don't have a problem with them running out at the most in opportune moment. This has happened to me before with my skin colours and boy did one of my stamps come out the wrong colour.

So onto my cards, the first challenge which was done on the 1st of the month was the "Bling" challenge and I decided to use our new "Rose" digi which has just come out. I've made the card for my mother-in-law for Mothers Day so I hope she likes it.

My card

Unfortunately I don't seem to have a photo of the Copics I've used to create this beautiful rose but they are the Reds R29, 27, 24 & 22 and the Greens are in the Yellow Green range, sorry I can't remember exactly which ones.
The products I've used are:
Kraft cs
PP's from my stash
Cuttlebug embossing folder
Kindy Glitz
WOC & I Am Roses flowers
Cremen Creations epoxy dome
SU butterfly die & bird punch (leaves)
Bling flourish
Chalk Box chestnut roan ink
The following card is for our most recent challenge on the 10th of March is our "Heart" challenge, this is my card for this one.
The products I have used on this card are
Kasier pp
Dusty Attic chipboard
Green Tara, WOC & I Am Roses flowers
Marianne Designs die
Resin owl
The Copics I've used are
Well as I said this would be a quick post, I will be back tomorrow with another post.
Good luck to everyone who enters either or both challenges, don't forget our challenges are now monthly so you have plenty of time to work on your creations and enter the.
Have a good one.
